Mine doesn't seem to be working. I just bought this boat and I can't figure out the bilge. It has a 3 position switch. IS there a float ?shoudn't i be able to hear the bilge pump with the key in positon one? the lights go on. Also the marina i brought it from said they replaced the horn because it was weak/old sounding but The horn button does not fire off the horn. Does the engine need to be on perhaps. I'm confused. I can't see the bilge because the gas tank is in the way. Thanks, Brett

The switch might be an off/auto/manual where you can switch it to manual for bilge on all the time.
If it is, then yes, there is a float there either in the pump or outside it.
And yes, with it on, you should be able to hear it.
This should not be hooked to the key switch, it should have it's own power.
Again, the horn should be on it's own power maybe with an accessory switch.
