Everything is brand new on motor. Carbs cleaned,new fuel pump and lines,perfect spark,new gas tank,fuel getting to all carbs,new primer bulb,compression is 120psi down the middle. Motor won't get on plain unless u go to the back and hit the throttle about 5 times then it gets on plain. When it gets on plain u can c the fuel coming out perfect from all three main fuel in the carbs. Could it be the motor is to small for the boat.the throttle arm and timing arm is working perfect. The sync n link is perfect too. It's a 1985 70hp evinrude. The boat is rated for a 135hp. Please help me thanks.
