Hello and welcome to iboats, they should interchange if they are close to the same year. you can go to the chrysler crew and download the parts manual for almost any chrysler outboard. I think they charge about ten dollars per manual. but my money would say it would work. both motors are three cylinder motors. The hp difference is achieved from bigger intake and exhaust ports on the cylinder walls.
