1984 75 HP Mercury

Hey I have a 1984 75 HP Mercury. I just cleaned out the carbs, ordered new floats and gaskets . I’ve been reading the manual and watching some youtube videos , in both the manual and the YouTube videos it looks like there is a jet(or something ) in the emulsion tube . My emulsion tube in both of these carbs is empty/hollow , nothing in it I’m attaching a couple pictures of the YouTube video and the manual for reference and the last picture is my tube. Was wondering if anyone knows if this is normal for my specific model or if there’s a jet or something I need to order and seat it in the tube . Thank you

Some, but not all Nozzles, may have what is an Emulsion Tube in them. Since both of your carbs are the Same, either they are supposed to be like they are, or someone has messed with both. I think it is the Former.
I can't find it as a Service Part.
