1984 75 HP 4 cyl merc Timing

I'm looking for the Primary pickup and Max timing Specs for my 1984 75 HP 4 cyl Mercury Outboard from a Mercury Factory Service Manual......I just dont trust the Seloc book.....Also looking to buy a factory manual

Max spark-27 degrees BTDC at 5000 t0 5500 RPM.
Pick up- 1 to 5 deg. ATDC
