1983 Performance Laser 2

I recently purchased a 1983 Performance Laser 2 bass boat. The previous owner did not have any information books on the boat and I cannot find anything on the net. Is this company still in business? The only listing that I can find looks like a racing boat company. The boat is in mint condition and I'd like to learn all of its options and keep it in good condition and running order. Thanks to all that can help.

Thanks. It is a nice boat. I joke with people, "You know the little old lady that drove her car just on Sundays? I bought her husbands boat." lol. It has a 2002 Yamaha 115 on the back. She's a dream.
