1983 evinrude 175 flywheel torque

have lapped my fly wheel and going to reinstall
my manual specs 140 to 145 ft lbs is this correct seems like a lot a few people told me 85 ft lbs .also i have no timeing sticker for my wot timeing
the manual says use sticker on my model my 150 was 28 degrees is the 175 the same 1983 evin175 crossflow wot timeing ?

140-145 Ft Lbs for a center flywheel nut.

28 max timing. Be very very careful with the lapping compound.

thanks guys ezeke mr hadley i used some water based permatex fine compound and just barely cleaned it up
