Hey all, I have a 1983 Chrysler 140 that I recently rebuilt. The only thing I did not rebuild (yet) is the lower unit. I was going to buy a recently rebuit lower unit on EBay. That way I can rebuild the one that is on the motor now without loosing any lake time!! I saw one that looked identicle to what I have, but it was for a force 120HP. Is this the same lower unit? Also, how do I know the length of the shaft without removing the lower unit that is on the motor now. The one on Ebay has a 25" shaft. Is this the standard length?
