Like what can be done with a hydrometer to test the coolant mix for a car, what kind of test is there to see the oil to gas ratio? In the three years I've had my boat, counting the gallons added from the beginning, I'm just about to finish my first tankful (I have a permanent tank of about 12 gal I was told by the previous owner). I did put Stabil in when the boat was in my garage for the past two years. I'm concerned that even though I've always done the recommended 50:1 mix, I might actually have a higher oil content due to what the previous owner might have done incorrectly.

No.
Siphon off the old gas.
Start with new.
Don't put it in your car.
There is a tag somewhere on the tank.
It will have all the info on it.
Or send Bayliner a note with the hull # and they can send you an owners manual for that boat.
Maybe online you might find one?
