I have a 83 40 hp mariner and I am hoping that someone has instructions for taking apart the carbs and cleaning them. Also I would like to know how to make adjustments to the carbs. They look easy enough to take apart but Im sure it is a bit tricky. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is the 40 C EL model built in japan by yamaha. I am a rookie to the outboard motor mechanic world and hate to spend big$ if I can do the work myself. Thanks.
