I a in the process of buying a 82 ranger with a 82 merc 150hp. I know the guy real well so I trust him. He has had the boat sitting for 2+ years with the same gas in it and no stabilizer. He took it out this past fall and had trouble starting it and it ran terrible once he got it going. What is the best and worst case scenarios for this problem. The motor was just rebuild in 1999. Boat is in excellent shape. $3000 for the boat, new factory painted trailer, and motor.<br />Please advise on motor.<br /><br />Thanks
