I just sold this boat and went to a Starcraft Aluminum. The Marlin Satilite was a great handling boat, and a big project. The entire floor was popped from the saturated flotation foam freezing in our cold winters and expanding. When I removed the foan and soaking wet wood and hauled it to our local dump it all weighed 750 kg approx 1500 lbs. It had a 115 evenrude and would attain 36 mph according to the speedo. All in All a great boat, but I wanted and open bow and another project.
