1982 MARINER 40E HELP!!!

I recently bought an Aluminum Boat with a Mariner 40E Made in Japan Engine. I need a Water Pump Kit and will need the Carbs Worked on.It has Dual Carbs,and is a 2 Cylinder.

The serial Number is 6E9L 402598 . Can Someone please help me find the part numbers , or give me a model# to use to search parts online. I have been unable to find anything that matches this serial number.

I Tried to access that webpage and it says this page is no longer available.
can you tell me what to use to search for parts for this motor? ex... Do I search Mariner or Yamaha ? What is the Model # for this Engine ?
