1982 Honda Outboard BF75 Gas Leak at the engine port

Hi guys, can anyone tell me if there's a o-ring on the fuel connector for this type of engine?

Mine seems to be leaking when I connect the gas line to the outboard and start pumping the bulb primer. It stops leaking when the engine is running. This leads me to believe a o-ring may be missing. I believe it's #36 in the link below.
