1982 Evinrude 2hp gearcase full of water

Have a 2hp evinrude, went to change gear oil and over half full of water. Anyone know how to replace the seals or what i will need to take apart to get to them? Can't find any info on how to replace them

Just 2 screws to remove lower unit.----Then remove water pump.----Driveshaft pulls out.-----And 2 screws to remove propshaft bearing carrier.-----Fairly easy to remove seals and push in new ones I think.

Try to find or download a factory service manual. After market manuals are worthless!! Should even give you the part numbers of what will be needed. Also try Ebay, I found a used service manual for my motor, and sometimes you tube has step by step videos
