1980 Sport-Craft Fisherman AKA Grady-White Overnighter?

So, a year and a half ago I buy a 1980 Sport-Craft Fisherman fixer-upper from a friend. I do my due-dillegence and can find absolutely nothing that indicates that Sport-Craft ever built this boat in 1980 or any other year. Be that as it may, I buy the boat because its solid, with a great engine and just needs some TLC. This week, I see a carbon copy of the boat at a marina which turns out to be a Grady-White Overnighter. Does anybody know whether Grady-White made boats for Sport-Craft? Thanks for the feedback.
