First get a manual.<br />If you want to do it woithout a manuel good luck.<br />You will need to disconnect the Shift mecanism above the lower unit. Might have a friend move the shifter to see it.<br />Take off the prop.<br />Then take off the bottom by the 6 bolts. there is a hidden bolt in the exhaust snout on the rear of the lower unit behind the prop.<br />Should drop out. <br />The pump assembly is on top of the lower unit.<br />Remove each bolt and such and then replace in reverse order.<br />Did I mention get a Manual ?
I've been using my digital camera to take pics of everything I do on my engine and boat. Getting old and the memory isn't like it used to be. And the pics in those manuals are terrible.
