1980’s 20hp (Two Stroke) Tohatsu Manual needed

Hello there, I hope someone can help.

I’ve managed to acquire a very cool 20hp two stroke Tohatsu outboard, which looks early 1980’s.

It was thrown in with a dingy purchase and needs some TLC to get it running well, but for the life of me I can’t seem to find an engine service manual anywhere online?

Wondered if anyone knew any links to the retro outboards service manuals and any ideas of good places to stock up on parts for them?

Any help will really be appreciated

Positively sure it's a 20 HP motor and not a 18 HP one, post pics if possible.

Im pretty sure it is a 20, although I’m only going by the decals

Ok, post both sides of the powerhead to have a look if with same 18 or 25 HP configuration. With such oldie motor will assure that there's no available spare parts nor service manuals for it.

Correct Luis,

Is it running now? If just not running well, clean the entire fuel system... from tank to and including carb. There aren't even any parts catalogs for that oldie.
