I have a problem with my power tilt on my 1979 115HP Johnson. Sometimes when I go to lift the motor it does nothing, but it will still lower, then after trying a couple of times it will finally lift the motor, I have tried switching to a new battery and still no change. I am worried about getting back to the landing at a lake and not being able to lift the motor to clear the landing.
