1979 470 4 line 4 need help

I need the wiring digarm to a mercuiser 224 cid.I,m not getting any power to my coil or the electric choke if any one has any idea?

Are you getting any power ?<br />inline ign fuse under dash, main breaker on motor(Red button),main harness plug, battery cables.battery connections.<br />Can you narrow it down?
