hi just purchased a 18' century boat with a 4 cylinder mercrusier. trying to figureout how to ingauge prop, throttle idles up but have to push lower button to move forward or backwards. without pushing button engine stalls, with no prop. cannot find any info on internet and dont have a manual, please help thanks don
