1978 Mercury Outboard 200 20hp Tiller Handle

I'm looking for the inside of the tiller handle for my boat.

I believe it is part number 66394A1

Does anyone know where I can find it? I've called a few places, emailed more. I'd love you forever if you find a place I can order it from.
