I have a 1978 Mercury 700 70 hp 3 cylinder outboard engine. 4 lines to fuel pump. One line for fuel input, another line for fuel output. 2 lines from engine to operate fuel pump diaphram. One of the lines has water pressure. Why would this line have water pressure, is this normal? Would it be OK if I install a low pressure 12v fuel pump and bypass fuel pump?
