1978 Johnson weep hole (?) 85hp

Ok I have another question.

Preface: The motor starts and runs fine. NO overheating..no alarm

Now, I don't see any water coming from what I think is the weep hole? I haven't looked at it at speed, but at an idle I don't see anything. Should I?

Is it a weep hole? (facing the engine, left rear of the motor, tube connects to one head?)

Possible the telltale is plugged up. Not an uncommon problem. You can blow compressied air up that hose when it is running and it may clear it. Or just disassemble and check for restrictions, esp the restrictor/nozzle in the cowling.
