Looking to replace the cover/shroud seal. Any tips on mounting the new one appreciated...

I think I'd try silicone. When you get the new seal on the cover, put the cover on the motor and lock it down. That'll keep pressure on the seal (in the right places) while it "sets". Admittedly, I have not done this before so it's merely a guess on my part.

Just replaced the seal on mine, I didn't use any glue or sealant, the new seal stays on pretty good by itself.
