I got a flat bottom 14' river boat for a great deal and the engine i was told would start but wouldnt stay running. I suspected fuel so i changed all the fuel lines and replaced the fuel water filter, put brand new gas as well as rebuilt the carbs. Once i get it back together I find out there is no spark from either cylinder. Compression is 120psi/ 110psi. I bought a DVA and tested the stator which seemed okay except one reading black/white to white/black trigger wires resistance was 48 ohms and 1 manual states between 10-20 ohms and another says around 40 ohms. I checked the ACV from the orange power pack wires and was not receiving any voltage at all. The power pack was replaced before i got it but after it stopped running. So im suspecting it could still be the stator but could also be the power pack. Any ideas would be appreciated
