1978 55hp carb issues?

bought the motor used don't know when the carbs were cleaned..compression is 170-170 great spark and starts and idles flawlessly at 800 rpm..i get out of the canal and hit it and it takes off great but then bogs down after 30 yards and idles like crap and wont take off..let it sit and idles fine again..the fuel pump is new...

clean carbs
main jets likely plugged....
alternatively could be leaky fuel line (doubtful)
or squashed kinked like (possible).... but i am betting on carbs

i was 75% sure..have the carb kits in hand and will be doing them tomorrow
