hey guys my motor is very stubborn to get started for the first time of the day....i have to shoot it with starting fluid to get it to finally start.it may run 5 seconds and die then i repeat this several times and it will finally stay running..what gets me is that once it stays running i dont think it could possibly run any better, idles fine..doesnt die at all, just runs smooth as can be....now i know its not good to use starting fluid thats why i really need to get this resolved.oh and i just replaced spark plugs also...any help would be greatly apreciated..thanks

Are you choking and using the fast idle lever for cold starting?

I use the warm up lever on side of control box and choking the lever on top of carbs. that says choke..is that correct

Works much better if you activate the choke by pressing the key in while cranking.....you may be flooding it choking it manually.

when pushing the key in in the on position you should here a click at the motor when the auto choke engages
