Hi, i have tested the dc volts at the + terminal on the rectifier while running and the voltage is constantly all over the place from 1 to 12 volts dc.any idea what this means? at the battery it only reads a little over 12 steady. ive been battleing this charging problem for a while. i mentioned earlier i have continuity between the stator wires.
