I sold my 29' cruiser and would now like to get something a little better for fishing. I found a 1977 Uniflite 28 that I really like. It has an 11' beam, twin 305 crusaders with about 600 hours on them, and direct drive. Am I crazy for looking at something that old? I would think a 1977 open bow or lake type boat would be well overdue for a complete restoration. Is that any different for ocean fishing boats?
