I have a 1977 6hp seahorse. I replaced the impeller and rebuilt the carburetor. Motor ran okay(fouled out plugs, maybe just too much oil on accident?). Anyway, now it won't start, and I found it is only firing on the bottom cylinder, not the top. Ruled out plugs fyi. I was told it is either the coil or power pack. What I want to know is, how do I test to see which is bad, and could there be another possibility? Thank you.
