I have a 1976 SeaRay with a ford 304 motor. and a sterndrive. I am trying to figure out why my boat turn's easily one way while underway but is very hard the other. I have taken a few pictures of something connected to my steering someone told me it might be power steering but I have NO clue.

I am also having an issue with water getting in the boat I have sealled all aftermarket parts that were put on the boat. is there a seal or gasket that could be leaking on the lower unit into the boat?.

Ayuh,... Yer pictures appear to be of the trim lock, 'n indicator...
Yer turning issue can probably be fixed by adjustin' the torque tab, just above the prop, or changing the prop...

There are several places the transom can leak,...
The only way to know where, is to LOOK...

You'd need to take a pic of the prop for us to be sure. The trim anode should be on that drive. Your boat doesn't likely have power steering.
