1976 Mercury Outboard Manual.

I would like to ask you guys that work on outboard all the time.
Who sells the best detailed manual for my motor.
I have a 1976 Mercury 850 that I need a Manual for.
I want to set my timing and adjust all the linkage.
I know how to set the timing on car motors but have
never messed with a outboard timing.

Your s/n (if it is 4423397 from previous posts) uses this Service Manual P/N: 90-86134--4, unfortunately not available online.

You wil have to go on ebay. Plus it is very TYPE Specific when finding MERCURY OEM SERVICE/REPAIR MANUALS.
