Do not want to beat this topic to death but I was hoping to get some hard facts on this topic. I have been researching this topic for weeks now and have heard that converting a 9.9 to a 15 is easy as changing the carb on some models and on others it may include the carb, reeds, and exhaust tube. Does any one have any info that would help me. It would be great to talk to someone that has already done this and succeeded. mod#10655R. Thanks in advance for the help.
