I am buying a boat from another province and the gentleman I am buying it from can not find the serial number or VIN number off the trailer so I can go and get a license plate. I am 700KM's away and can't go look myself and it is my first boat/trailer so I am not sure myself where he should be looking.
Hoping someone from here might know where he should be looking? Or a general area or idea?
