1975 Evinrude 9.9 model 10554C??going to rebuild carb (first time rookie) so as I take the carb off I am looking at the OEM factory manual and it has a diagram of the carb which I have attached. In the diagram there is a ?throttle advance lever? and a ?throttle lever link? which is not on my carb. Went to some sites to look for these items to order and none of their diagrams show these 2 items at all. Do I need these parts???.
