1975 Johnson 75HP motor tilt

How do you tilt a big 75HP motor when coming to a beach to land?
Are tilt kits available?

You're not going to power into the beach of course.

Manual tilt..... Have it set on the release mode, shut the engine down as you glide to the beach, have someone raise the engine.

Tilt kits were available but I"m not sure if they still are. Check with your dealership and Sierra.

They were 35-40 years ago. Good luck finding a complete one that still works. Click on OB Accessories from the drop-down list where it defaults to "Evinrude". Follow the prompts. It is listed under electrical accessories.
