The first day stars right up, idles great and revs up with no problem. Next day she is hard to start and then I have to baby the throttle to get her going takes awhile but she finally comes alive. Acts like she is flooding overnight or maybe the plugs are wet, fouled?? Should I change the plugs everyday. Will altitude foul the plugs?

have a look at the plugs when it wont start, are they saturated?
is the primer bulb holding firm with engine off?
is the choke working?

Have you checked the compression lately? Checked for spark on each plugwire after the engine is well warmed up?

Thanks guys for the responses I think I found the issue, my timer base is still sticking. Today I disconnected the linkage and the base is super easy to move. Is there a proceedure for lubing the linkage?

Find out what isnt moving. sometimes the big spring behind the throttle control arm is broken.
if your timing base moves super easy then somethings not right prior to that, i never grease any of those parts
