1975 eska 3.0 carb and manual questions

Hi I have been lurking around since i bought my boat and it came with this motor that did not run (1975 eksa 3hp), I have it running now and it runs well, my questions are is the best place for gaskets boatsportsandtackle.com or is there a better place? I need a manual but they seem pricey...? And lastly for the moment anyway, the carb has a black knob left side that tuns a needle and I dont know if its a low speed or ? And would anyone know the turns out it should be? (The guy I bought this from "rebuilt the carb" and still didnt run... well i went through the carb again and it runs great, but that knob has got me it doesnt seem to affect anything when i adjust it.) Thanks in advance, you guys seem to be a wealth of knowledge about these motors

boatsportsandtackle.com is as good and honest a outfit you will find, never had a bad experiance with them, the black adjustment knob is your low speed idle jet usally set one full turn out from soft bottom depending on your engines compression, some need more idle fuel some less. The carb manaul is the only thing you really need and its around here, you just have to look or maybe someone will post a link, if not I will find it later today.... just happen to be up at 2 am enjoying my new knee....lol
