Skeg really are just a prop protection. If its just a little broken.. Dont worry. If you want to replace a prop shop can weld you one of for about 150.00-200.00 Or you can buy a skeg guard and bolt it on to what is left for about 100.00 I believe West Marine and a few other places have them.
