1974 Starcraft Stress Crack

Hi,I just notice some stress cracks on outer edge of hull,end of cross support
rivets,very rough weather on lake Erie last sunday,anyway could they be welded or some sealer and would it be safe an should i check the rivets all over the hull,i would hate to have to strip to do all the rivets.

Yup get them welded. No big deal. Especially up front where the hull comes crashing down from waves is normal.

Drill the end of the cracks so they stop forming then run a wire wheel on them to make sure they are clean. Then find somebody REPUTABLE in your area that can TIG weld and have them buz few lines for you. Presto like new.

Make sure there is no foam or anything flamable on the other side.
