1974 mercury 65 horse

I just installed a rebuilt powerhead on my 1974 murcury 65 horse 3-cyl.<br /> she fires right up, but after I run it a few minutes the #1 plug is covered in oil, #2 has about half the oil, and #3 is clean.<br /> I changed the wires but that didn't help.<br />any opinions on what to check would be appreciated.<br /> also gas is mixed at 25:1 if that helps.<br /> Thanks

I'm already running double the oil, it's supposed to be 50:1 but the place I bought the powerhead at said to run double oil for break-in.<br /> <br />I was just running it and I can pull the wire for #3 and it seems the same. It is sparking.
