1974 Merc 85hp Carb Problems

Ok So I Had The Carbs Rebuilt By A Marina And Picked Them Up Today. Reinstalled Them And When I Prime The Line Or When The Engine Is Running Gas Is Flying Out Of These Ports At The Top Of The Float Chamber On Each Carb. I Think Maybe The Floats Are Stuck?? I Have Uploaded A Picture Of Where The Fuel Is Flying Out Of The Carbs.

I would take them back. they messed something up or left something out.

I May Have To. I Had The Marina Do It To Save Me The Time. Now I Am Real Skeptical To Bring Them Back. I Have Installed Them And Put The Whole Front Back On The Motor Again. Just Looking To See If Anyone Has An Idea Of What It Might Be? If It Is Something With The Jet Or Float It Is Easy Enough To Get Those Off Without Having To Remove The The Carbs.
