1974 eska 5hp

I just bought a little fish boat and it came with a 1974 Eska 5hp motor. Would anyone have any info on the fuel ratio? The motor starts on about 3 pulls then runs great on full throttle for about 5-8 min when it slowly starts bogging down, finally dying. I have to wait about 5 min before trying to start it again, then it runs for a few then repeats? Thanks for any help.

Fuel mix is 32:1. The power head is air cooled the leg is water cooled.
Is water misting out the relief holes on the leg.It sure sounds like you are over heating it.One over heat can kill a motor it sounds like you may have had several.
