Hey there! Just wondering if the only way to get these simple head cover bolts is at a dealer or online? Or is it a common bolt that you could buy at your local auto store? My mechanic ruined every bolt and we had to grind them all out so the total seems to be $250 for a new set. crazy lol!! granted some other sites have it for cheaper but nothing close to your standard bolt pricing. any advice would be appreciated

You have to take a careful look at the ones you have. OMC was notorious for using odd length bolts, or bolts with non-standard threaded portion. If they turn out to be standard, go for it at the store. Oh, and don't think you will be doing yourself a favor with stainless steel. They actually will corrode in place worse than steel and be harder to get out if you do break one.

0303459 SCREW, Cylinder head cover

0307267 SCREW, Cylinder head

That's better. It's readable now.

you don't say what engine but I'd buy the correct bolts for the cylinder head, perhaps auto store bolts for the cover
