1973 Johnny 50HP - need to disassemble swivel bracket

Well, I guess it's time. The bottom swivel point is sloppy, top unknown till disassemble. Has anybody done this on this motor? Does the OEM manual cover this repair? The SELOC manual doesn't even mention it!!!

Invest in a manufacturer’s specific model/year/HP shop manual and your disassembly procedures and specification will be covered... The manufacturer's shop manuals a far superior to any other type...
