Can anyone tell me the proper way to adj. the throttle and the forward/reverse cables? I am having a hard time finding neutral and also when I put it in reverse it doesn't seem like it is engaging all the way, it moves backward but the gears chatter like its not locked in.I've tried adj. the cables but when it seems like reverse is getting better I lose power in forward.
