1973 evinrude 6hp cooling water exit?

Can anyone tell me wher does the cooling water exit on 1973 6 hp fisherman? I just bought this kicker, fired it up in a bucket of water 2 feet above prop, didnt see any water exit anywhere so shut it off. block did not get hot too touch. How hard is impeller to RAR on this guy? also anyone know wher i canm get an extra prop for it. the one on it is 2 blade plastic, 8X71/4

The cooling water exits with the exhaust out the back of the leg. At "2 feet above the prop" you are likely covering this port and not seeing the water exit. The water sort of spits out in a gurgling mist. There is no steady stream as in a tell-tale. You only need to put the prop in enough water to cover the water pump - just like it sits on the boat.

Impeller is an easy DIY. Just use the search function - tons of info here. Kit can be bought here on iBoats.

Prop can also be bought on iboats, but unless yours is damaged stick with the 8x 7 1/4 - thats the OEM recommendation.
