1973 Evinrude 65 HP 3 cyl - Weight?

Does anyone know the weight of my motor? I am going to pull it and do some transom work but it would be helpful to know before I give it a bear hug and try to remove it.

JB <br />No, I don't know, I have never weighed one. I Just copied what it says in my 1973 OMC manual. I also feel that those #s are strange. I have a 40hp two cyl and it is suposed to weigh more (at about 250#).
