1973 Evinrude 50HP Anodes???

I am working on a 73 Evinrude 50 HP. I basically received it from a guy as somewhat of a basket case. He had reoved the lower unit to install a new impeller and never finished, hence a box of parts and mounting hardware. I have everything figured out except what i thingk are anodes but not sure. I have searched threough my repair manual and can not find where these parts go..... heck.... maybe there not even Evenrude parts. Could someone have a look at the pictures and tell me what they are and just where they go??

They look like the pads you use when you mount the mtr on the boat. They go through the transom to help hold the mtr on the boat.
